Sales Entrepreneur:

A dynamic team of extremely active, knowledgeable and self motivated IT professionals in the area of GPU computing / High Performance Computing is looking for the SALES ENTREPRENEUR and a Team Member who will take the active role in leads generation and sales of GPU and HPC related products, solutions and services of the Company. This is pure “you eat what you kill” position, offering intensive on-the-job learning and high upside in a sales commission on unique products and services we provide. Fresh University graduates are welcomed!

This is what you would have done had you been with us last month:

• Took a deep training on the company’s GPU and HPC products and services
• Took a training on CUDA and benefits of using GPUs in CAD/CAE applications
• Visit and pitch potential customers (from a list generated by Marketing department) on site
• Assist in GPU Personal Supercomputer demonstration and collect leads at GPU training event jointly organized with NVIDIA
• Follow up with the leads generated during the event and by the company web site
• Consult customers on the best efficient solution for their application(s) possible
• Plan sales on a weekly and monthly basis
• Plan product demand on a monthly basis
• Prepare and send Quotes for potential customers and fill them in to Government procurement portal GEBIZ if necessary, monitor procurement process
• Consolidate customers feedbacks and convey them to technical department to improve our products and services
• Constantly monitor and participate in tenders posted on GEBIZ
• Receive congratulations for successful deal execution from team members and wildly celebrate successful stable monthly sales growth rate!

Salary:
2000 SGD base salary and 5% of the sales volume without any cap.

We are looking for an exceptional Warranty Engineer / Server Hardware Engineer who will thrill our customers with promptness, thoroughness, and accuracy. The role includes equipment delivery logistics and mechanical hardware installation on the customer premises, troubleshooting, warranty components change, RMA database management (faulty-new-replaced, etc.), warranty exchange of the faulty parts (CPUs, memory models, barebones, etc.)  with new parts from vendors and everything else that comes up.  Fresh University graduates are welcomed!

This is what you would have done had you been with us last month:

• Deliver equipment to the customers and install it in the server rack, make wiring and cabling
• Check correctness of the server configuration and assist PM in assembling servers
• Visit the customer’s premises for equipment troubleshooting, localize the problem and change the faulty part
• Receive faulty parts from customers, log them into the RMA database
• Order the replacement parts from the parts vendor, track the shipment, log newly received parts / parts exchange into the RMA database
• Supervise shipping of the RMA parts to the customer
• Monitor inventory (reception and distribution of computer parts)
• Keep the RMA database up-to-date

• You're accustomed to a small company environment including wearing many hats and managing way too many things at any given time
• You're articulate, persuasive, and tech savvy (this does not mean familiarity with Microsoft Office), know server hardware and able to troubleshoot server problems, know Unix OS
